Monday to Friday : 8.30am to 8pm
Saturdays : 9.00am to 12.00pm

Note : Other times may be available, depending on availability of therapist

Payment & Cancellations
Payment is required at the time of consultation, unless otherwise agreed beforehand. We are recognised by all major medical insurance companies. Please bring your insurance details with you if your insurance company is to pay your fees.
Company discounts are available, but must be agreed with the clinic prior to treatment commencing.

We must receive 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Failure to do so or failure to attend without notifying us, you will be charged for the missed appointment.

Car Parking
We have our own car park in front of the building, just off Newstead Road, with plenty of free parking

What to Bring

A list of any tablets that you currently take

Any insurance details you have (if your insurance company is going to pay for your treatment)

Any medical reports, scan or x-ray results relating to your condition (if you have already seen a doctor or consultant)

Suitable clothing. Shorts if you have a leg or back problem, sleeveless top if you have a neck, shoulder or upper arm problem

Any questions that you may need to ask your physiotherapist (it may be useful to write these down beforehand)

Your appointment card

Note: during your visit, you may be asked to remove some items of clothing (depending on the site of your problem). Please bear this in mind when deciding what to wear
